Boiler.Management exists because most boiler companies are excellent at the work and stretched thin on everything around it. We build and run the marketing operations that bring existing customers back each year: plans, reminders, tune-up campaigns, renewals and the data underneath them. We do not touch equipment. We are a Canadian digital marketing and business consulting service, part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies, headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia.
The company
Short answer: a specialist service within the HVAC.Agency family at Sedighi.ca, focused on the recurring side of boiler businesses.
Sedighi.ca is the consulting company through which Ali Sedighi runs his growth, marketing and technology work; HVAC.Agency and Trades.Agency are two of its brands, alongside HVAC.Digital, BusinessConsulting.ca and Conv.ca. SAZ.ca, short for Strategy & Acceleration Zone, is the group's Canadian firm for strategy, AI and revenue acceleration, and Ali founded it too.
Boiler.Management uses the HVAC.Agency plans and pricing, applied to one job: helping boiler service companies keep their customers. You can see what that includes on our services hub and pricing page.
Ali Sedighi, MBA
Short answer: a digital marketing strategist with more than 17 years of experience, an MBA in Technology Management and 150+ live HVAC websites built.
Ali started in 2007, when he founded ONE.ir, a full-service digital marketing agency. Since then he has founded Conv.ca, a conversion-rate optimisation agency, and MyAutomation.ca, and he is Founder and Managing Partner of SAZ.ca. His client work has spanned Canada, the USA and Dubai; today he is based in Vancouver, where Boiler.Management is run.
His heating work is the reason this service exists. Ali has built 150+ live HVAC websites, including boiler-focused businesses such as CombiBoiler.ca, GasBoilers.ca, BoilerPart.ca, VancouverBoilers.ca, BurnabyBoiler.ca, EmergencyBoiler.ca and Boiler-Maintenance.ca. Those sites are built to win new customers. Boiler.Management takes the next step and focuses on what happens after the first job, when a one-time customer can become a yearly one. The results page shows the numbers from that work.
How we work
Short answer: numbers first, consent first, and everything stays in your name.
- We start with your numbers. Before recommending anything, we look at your customer base, your current plan (if any) and your schedule across the year.
- We build on permission. Reminder programs go only to existing customers who agreed to hear from you. We link to the CRTC's guidance and leave legal questions to lawyers.
- We work inside your tools. Your CRM, field-service software, ad accounts and domain stay under your company's ownership. We are invited users.
- We report a few numbers monthly. Booked tune-ups, sign-ups, active members, renewal rate, opt-outs and revenue per member.
- We stay honest about limits. We don't promise renewal rates, rankings or leads. We say what we expect and show what happened.
What we are not
Short answer: not a contractor, not a law firm and not a software reseller.
- We are not a boiler contractor. We don't install, service, inspect or repair anything, and we never send anyone to a customer's home.
- We are not legal advisers. We describe the official guidance on consent, privacy and language and link to it; your lawyer advises on your obligations.
- We are not selling software. We work with the tools you already have unless there is a clear reason to change.
Why boiler service, specifically
Short answer: boilers need yearly attention, last a long time and create long customer relationships, which makes them ideal for a well-run plan.
A household with a boiler is likely to need a service visit every year for many years. That makes the relationship between a boiler company and its customers unusually long, and unusually valuable if it is maintained. Furnace and air-conditioning businesses have their own patterns; boiler companies tend to have smaller, more loyal customer bases where every renewal counts. Our guides explain the economics in detail.
If you would like to talk it through, call, text or email. You'll speak with a senior strategist, and the first step is a free 7-day review of your current marketing, website and search visibility. Answers to the questions we hear most are on the FAQ page.
