Monthly plans

Short answer: three levels, each including more channels and more reporting.

Plan Price (CAD) What it includes
Starter $2,998/month A site with SEO-built service pages; local SEO and your Google Business Profile; a basic Google and Meta ads setup; hosting, maintenance and a report each month
Growth $4,498/month All of Starter, with deeper SEO and content work, paid ads across several channels plus retargeting, a CRM connection, review generation and a report each week
Elite $8,998/month All of Growth, with video and PR outreach added, your own account manager, a live dashboard, a strategy call every month and reporting built to your spec

How the boiler services map to the plans

  • Starter covers a maintenance-plan page, the search work around boiler maintenance terms and a monthly scorecard.
  • Growth adds the CRM integration that consent-based reminders and renewal sequences depend on, plus the multi-channel ads used in tune-up campaigns and weekly reporting.
  • Elite adds a real-time dashboard, monthly strategy calls and custom reporting, useful for multi-location companies or firms with several thousand customers.

Websites

Short answer: three one-time website packages, each with a monthly hosting and maintenance fee.

Package One-time (CAD) Scope Monthly after launch
Essential $3,500 A custom site of 5 to 7 pages, built in 2 to 3 weeks Hosting and upkeep at $149/month
Professional $6,500 A conversion-focused site of 10 to 15 pages, built in 3 to 4 weeks Hosting, upkeep and CRO at $249/month
Enterprise $12,500 No cap on pages or locations, built in 4 to 6 weeks Fully managed at $449/month

You only need a website package if your current site can't carry a plan page, service pages and clear booking information. Many companies keep their existing site and add pages under a monthly plan.

What drives the cost for a boiler service company

Short answer: how messy your data is, how many channels you want and how often you want reporting.

  • State of your customer list. A clean list in one CRM is quicker to work with than records spread across three systems. Our list audit guide helps you judge this.
  • Whether you have a plan yet. Designing and launching a plan is more work than refreshing an existing one.
  • Channels. Text and email reminders need CRM integration, which sits in Growth.
  • Reporting rhythm. Monthly reporting is in Starter; weekly in Growth; real-time and custom in Elite.
  • Number of locations or service areas. Wider areas need more pages and more careful campaign targeting.

A worked example of whether a plan pays for itself

Short answer: compare the monthly fee with the value of the members and booked visits you expect, using your own numbers.

Here is a hypothetical case. A company on Growth pays $4,498 a month plus GST/HST, or about $54,000 a year before tax. If the program adds 200 net plan members worth $135 each a year in margin (see the method in our plan economics guide), that is $27,000 a year from members alone. The rest of the return would need to come from new installs, repairs and booked visits that the search and ad work also brings in. If the numbers don't work for your business, Starter, or a smaller first step, may be the right choice. We will tell you that during the review.

How to choose

Short answer: start with the problem, not the plan.

  1. If you need a plan page and better search visibility for boiler service, start with Starter.
  2. If you need reminders, renewals, campaigns and weekly numbers working together, choose Growth.
  3. If you run several locations or want a dedicated account manager and monthly strategy calls, consider Elite.

Terms in plain words

Short answer: no lock-in, full ownership, Canadian dollars and GST/HST on top based on your province.

  • No lock-in.
  • You own your website, domain, ad accounts, CRM data and every message we write.
  • Ad accounts are set up in your company's name, so the history stays with you.
  • Prices are in Canadian dollars; Canadian clients add GST or HST by province, and GST plus QST in Quebec.
  • We never promise rankings, leads or renewal rates.

Frequently asked questions

Which plan do most boiler service companies need?

A company launching a plan to an existing base often fits Starter. A company that wants reminders, campaigns, CRM integration and weekly reporting together usually needs Growth. Elite suits larger firms that want a dedicated account manager and monthly strategy calls.

Is there a contract?

There is no lock-in, and you keep everything we build. The written plan you receive after the review sets out the terms before you commit.

Do prices include GST or HST?

No. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Boiler companies add 5% GST in the West and the territories, HST in Ontario and Atlantic Canada, or GST and QST in Quebec.

What happens in the free 7-day trial?

Over seven days we audit your marketing, test how your website performs, analyse your search visibility for boiler service terms and benchmark you against nearby competitors. You don't need a credit card.

Can we start with only one service?

Yes. Many boiler companies start with plan design or a list clean-up inside Starter, then add reminders and campaigns once the foundations are ready.
