The quickest way to start is a call or a text to (604) 632-4959, or an email to Ali@Sedighi.ca. Tell us roughly how many boiler customers you have and what you do to bring them back each year, and we'll take it from there. We are a marketing and business consulting service, so this line is for boiler company owners and managers, not for homeowners needing a technician.

How to reach us
Short answer: call, text or email; all three reach the same senior team.
- Call (604) 632-4959 if you prefer to talk it through. If we miss the call, leave a short message with your name and company.
- Text (604) 632-4959 if you are on a job or between calls. A few lines is plenty.
- Email Ali@Sedighi.ca if you want to send details or numbers.
Our hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day. If you are in Atlantic Canada or Newfoundland, that means we are available until late evening your time; for Ontario and Quebec, until 9 p.m. Eastern.
What to include in your message
Short answer: a few rough numbers and one sentence about what you want to change.
Rough numbers are fine; a ballpark count of boiler customers tells us far more than a polished pitch. Helpful details include:
- your business name and the city or region you serve
- your website address
- roughly how many boiler or hydronic customers you have
- whether you sell a maintenance plan now, and roughly how many members it has
- how you remind customers today: text, email, postcards, phone calls or not at all
- which CRM or field-service software you use
- the months your techs are least busy
- a good time to reach you
A template you can copy:
"Hi, this is [Your name] from [Business name] in [City]. We have about [Number] boiler customers and [do / don't] sell a maintenance plan. We remind customers by [Method]. Our slow months are [Months]. I'd like help with [Goal]. Good time to reach me: [Time]."
Don't send customer lists or personal details about your customers in your first message. We'll discuss secure ways to share data if and when a project needs it.
What happens next
Short answer: a reply, a short conversation and then a free 7-day review.
- We reply. Usually within one business day, with a couple of questions or a suggested time to talk.
- We talk. A 20–30 minute conversation about your customer base, your plan (if any) and your schedule.
- We review. For seven days, free and with no card on file, we look at your marketing, your site's speed, how you show up for boiler maintenance searches and who you compete with locally. You then receive a short written plan with priorities, cost and the numbers we would report on.
You decide whether to go ahead. There is no lock-in, and the plans and prices are listed on our pricing page.
Before you get in touch
Short answer: our guides can answer many questions on your own time.
If you want to understand the numbers first, read the plan economics guide. If you are not sure whether your customer list is ready, the list audit guide shows how to check. For a broader view of what we do, see the services hub. Common questions about price, contracts and ownership are on the FAQ page.
Questions about working with us
Short answer: we work across Canada, with your team in charge of your customers.
- Location. We are headquartered in Vancouver and work with boiler companies in every province and territory. We meet by video call or in person, and also by phone, text and email.
- Your role. You approve plan wording, prices and every message before it goes out. Your office answers customer replies and books visits.
- Our role. We design, write, set up and report. We never contact your customers as ourselves, and we never visit customer homes.
- Language. If you serve customers in Quebec or francophone New Brunswick, mention it in your first message, because French-language expectations shape the whole program; see the Quebec page.
- Access. We work inside your tools as invited users, and you can remove our access at any time.
Frequently asked questions
When are you available?
Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day. A text that arrives on a Saturday gets its answer early the following week.
Will I talk to a salesperson?
No. You'll talk to a senior strategist, and Ali Sedighi leads the strategy on every engagement.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No preparation is required, but a few rough numbers help: how many boiler customers you have, whether you sell a plan and how you remind customers now.
Will you share my information?
No. We use what you send only to reply to you and prepare your review. We don't add you to any marketing list.
